Great Protein Bars:
If you are looking for a quick high protein, healthy delicious snack.... this is it!!!
1 cup peanut butter ( I used natural, but it's up to you)
1/2 cup honey and microwave for 30 seconds.
Mix well.
Add 1 1/2 cups oatmeal ground into powder,
1 cup special k,
3 heaping scoops Visalus shake mix,
1 chocolate flavor mix in.
Mix, put in a dish, let cool.... ENJOY :-)
No Bake Energy Bites
Recipe:
2 scoops of Visalus Shake Mix
1 cup oatmeal
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/3 cup honey
1 cup coconut flakes
1/2 cup ground flaxseed
Mix up and form into balls.
Blueberry Pancakes:
Depending on how many you want to make... will depend on the ingredients.
Recipe is for 2-3 Pancakes
1/2 C Vi Shake Mix,
1/4 C Water,
1 Egg,
1/2 C Blueberries.
Mix together Shake Mix, Water and Egg in mixing bowl. Stir in fruit, gently. Pour Batter onto slightly greased skillet. When pancake bubbles around edges and towards center, turn. Pancake is done when golden brown. Top or fill as desired :)
