It might sound kind of strange to invite your friends to a Bodybyvi party, as these types of parties really haven't been heard of until now. However it is important to recognize that people want in on this! We all want to be healthy and feel better. And there are so many people who, like us, have a few pounds they want to lose. This isn't simply a weight loss party, per sea. You are inviting your friends to experience an opportunity to not only lose weight (if that is their goal), but to improve their energy levels and regain their health. This is a good thing! And soooo many people are INTERESTED in doing this!! By inviting your friends to learn about this amazing product you are giving them a chance to experience something that can make them feel good and get healthy. And what a fun way to do it! These parties are fun!
Here is a step by step guide and list of resources to help you plan your Bodybyvi Party.
Invite Your Friends
~ The first thing you want to do is invite your friends! Make a list of people you think would be interested in learning more about the product. Invite even people you aren’t sure about, as it is often hard to predict who will or will not be open to learning more about getting healthy. Over-invite, meaning invite far more people than you think will come, and then you will have a nice number of people. For example, if you invite 30 people, most likely 10 to 15 people will be able to make it that night. If some people cannot make it to the party make arrangements to send them a sample of the shake mix. I provide samples for those who are interested in the product but cannot attend.
~ When you invite your friends, a great way to do it is to call them. In this busy world people may be busy and forget to check their email. This gives you the opportunity to not only explain what the product is all about, but to share your excitement as well.
~ As many people do a majority of their communication via email, you may want to share your invitation via email. To the right of this post is an email template that you can use to invite your friends. Feel free to modify or add details as needed. Below the email is a list of links and pictures that you want to include in this email, as seeing the pictures and videos will give your friends a clear idea of what this product is all about and what it can do.
~ Facebook is a fantastic marketing tool to advertise your party as many people use Facebook a lot, and creating a FB Bodybyvi Party Event can share your party details with a ton of people quickly.
Plan Your Party
~ Some people choose to offer beverages and snacks at their party; this is entirely up to you. Do what you feel comfortable with. You may want to offer wine or punch, and a veggie tray, but this is not mandatory.
~ I will bring all of the supplies to make the shake samples. You do not need to provide any supplies for this. I generally make three different types of shakes, to give everyone a good idea of what the vi-shape mix can be mixed in.
Party Time
~ When guests arrive at the party we spend the first 20 minutes or so just sampling the shake samples. Everyone gets a chance to sample each one and decide which recipes appeals to him or her the most.
~ After everyone has had a chance to taste the shake samples I will spend a few minutes explaining what each product can do and what each kit contains. This is a great time to share information, as well as success stories from people who have experienced the product. I bring various “before & after” pictures from other Bodybyvi clients as well as information sheets that outline the nutritional information about the product.
